For client projects: The client acquires full rights to the code and design of the developed website only after full payment of the agreed amount.
4. Liability
J.Andreev Design makes every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the developed websites and server infrastructures. However, I am not responsible for site downtime caused by external factors (hosting company crashes, third-party attacks, incompatible third-party updates).
5. Payments and Refunds
Work on any project begins after the agreed advance payment (deposit) has been transferred. Advance payments are non-refundable if the client decides to terminate the project for reasons independent of the developer.
6. Changes to the Terms
I reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes come into effect immediately upon their publication on this page.
